As an Account Executive at Better Impact, you'll play a critical role in driving new revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our presence in key markets like healthcare and local government. You’ll be supported by a growing pipeline of inbound leads, vertical-specific content, and the leadership team’s direct involvement in early-stage sales strategy.
This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong consultative and value-based approach.
• Own the full sales cycle: from discovery to demo, proposal, and close
• Qualify and convert inbound leads while also sourcing outbound opportunities in target verticals
• Deliver compelling demos that align Better Impact’s solutions to client needs
• Collaborate with our Director of Growth and marketing team to refine messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in HubSpot
• Help shape our evolving sales playbook and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Represent Better Impact with empathy, insight, and a focus on genuine problem-solving
• Are a builder at heart: excited to help shape a growing sales function
• Understand value-based and consultative selling’
• Are coachable, resilient, and driven by goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Bring energy to a room (or Zoom) and earn trust quickly
• Get genuinely excited about helping mission-driven organizations thrive
• 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in SMB or mid-market
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
• HubSpot or similar CRM familiarity
• Bonus: Experience selling into nonprofits, healthcare, education, or government
