Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities
• Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team to engage potential clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a BDR role, preferably in software or financial services
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of the brokerage and financial services industries is a plus
