Social Media Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our brand team. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing our organic social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with Axonius’ brand identity and business objectives.
• Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience across various social platforms.
• Collaborate with the brand, content and creative team to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all social media channels.
• Work closely with the content team to curate and promote valuable content that supports our marketing initiatives and thought leadership goals.
• Partner with the demand generation team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
• Define KPIs and monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and drive attainment to goals.
• Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
• Collaborate with the internal comms team to highlight company news, employee achievements, and other initiatives that enhance company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful organic social media strategies.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
