POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Vice President, Brand to bring our story to life in new, powerful ways. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role leads the development and execution of Kate Farms’ Masterbrand strategy, ensuring a meaningful, cohesive, and differentiated brand experience across all touchpoints.

This leader will work in close partnership with the VP, Commercial Marketing to ensure a seamless connection between brand-building efforts and commercial growth strategies. They will oversee key brand functions—including strategy, creative, communications, community engagement, and partnerships—while collaborating across teams to ensure the brand resonates, strengthens awareness, and builds lasting connections.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Brand & Creative Execution

·        Lead brand storytelling across all channels—digital, social, PR, and experiential—to build a consistent and engaging brand presence.

·        Oversee the development of campaigns, creative assets, and content that truly reflect the Kate Farms mission—powerful, real, and rooted in our values.

·        Ensure brand identity remains true to our values while resonating with diverse audiences.

·        Partner with Commercial Marketing, Medical Sales, Retail, and eCommerce to bring the brand to life at every customer touchpoint.

·        Align brand storytelling and engagement efforts with measurable business impact, ensuring seamless collaboration with Commercial Marketing.

·        Collaborate on packaging strategy with the VP, Commercial Marketing to ensure brand identity aligns with commercial goals.

 

Communications, PR & Thought Leadership

·        Lead PR and communications strategy to position Kate Farms as a trusted leader in healthcare and nutrition.

·        Oversee media relations and thought leadership efforts to enhance brand credibility and visibility.

·        Develop corporate communications and purpose-driven initiatives that deepen brand trust.

·        Align partnerships and advocacy efforts with Commercial Marketing to ensure brand-led initiatives support commercial growth.

 

Consumer & HCP Community Engagement

·        Build and nurture community engagement programs that strengthen relationships with consumers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

·        Lead advocate, influencer, and ambassador initiatives to amplify our mission and impact.

·        Oversee live events, industry activations, and social campaigns that create lasting connections.

·        Use data-driven insights to refine engagement strategies and ensure meaningful interaction with key audiences.

 

Partnerships & Professional Associations

·        Cultivate strategic partnerships with professional organizations, healthcare associations, and advocacy groups to expand brand reach and credibility.

·        Lead high-impact collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement.

·        Represent Kate Farms at industry events, conferences, and professional forums to strengthen influence and visibility.

 

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

·        Ensure seamless brand execution by aligning efforts across Commercial Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Medical Sales, Customer Care, and Product Supply.

·        Partner with VP Commercial Marketing to deliver against brand and portfolio strategy – ensuring that commercialization efforts ladder up to overarching brand identity 

·        Lead and mentor a high-performing brand team across strategy, creative, communications, and community engagement.

·        Drive collaboration between internal and external teams to maximize brand impact and consistency.

·        Is data-driven. You use consumer insights, brand tracking, and engagement analytics to shape strategy and optimize brand initiatives.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

. Trade shows, and other meeting locations. Requires 25% travel.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component that together comprise the On-Target-Earnings (OTE). Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of equity.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.  All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background verification.

$235,000 - $275,000 USD

For full-time salaried or hourly workers, our total rewards package also include the option to enroll in a company-matched 401k plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive a generous PTO benefit with a starting accrual of 15 days per year (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure), two weeks of paid “Refresh” leave, 80 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Kate Farms offers a range of other benefits offered with an emphasis on employee well-being such as paid disability leave, paid parental / pregnancy leave, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), tuition reimbursement, an Employee Assistance Program, and more.
