Job Role:
Services Required:
- Technical Requirement Workshops:
- Organize, facilitate, and follow up on technical workshops to capture and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and refine the product's scope.
- Business Process Analysis & Transformation:
- Analyze existing processes and document technical requirements for system integration.
- Work with the team to replace legacy systems and ensure the transition to the new IT solution is smooth and efficient.
- Agile Methodology Support:
- Provide agile support to the project, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and development coordination.
- Assist in change management to ensure the transition to the new system is successful.
- Rollout & Training:
- Lead the nationwide rollout of the new IT solution and provide training to users to ensure a successful adoption.
- Support the team with methodical coaching to ensure proper alignment between IT solutions and business processes.
Project Details:
- Location:
- Mainz, Germany. The project involves a mix of remote and onsite work, with onsite participation necessary for workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Service Provision:
- The service will primarily be onsite in Germany, with potential remote work for certain tasks. Regular onsite engagement will be required, especially for technical workshops and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Technical and project-related contacts with various stakeholders, including system owners, application managers, and the broader project team.
Technical Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT development and software integration projects, particularly in the transport and logistics sector.
- Demonstrated experience in business process transformation and managing the introduction of integrated IT solutions.
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional agile projects.
- Extensive experience in technical requirements analysis and documentation for software projects.
Skills:
- Business Process Analysis:
- Strong capability in gathering and analyzing business requirements, converting them into actionable technical specifications.
- Skilled in prioritizing and managing product backlogs, writing user stories and features.
- Agile Methodologies:
- Proficiency in working with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies to guide software development processes.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between the project team and the business.
- Software Development:
- Experience in software development projects, especially in areas that involve large-scale systems integration and transformation.
- Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, particularly in managing resources such as vehicles and drivers in rail transport systems.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, ITIL, ISTQB, or similar.
- Additional certifications in requirements engineering (e.g., IREB) or operational management are advantageous.
