We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with clients, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations that effectively showcase our offerings.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of how our solution fits the needs of our work and school based customers, understand the advantages and disadvantages of our competitors, and effectively communicating our solution.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to alleviating the vital pain points we have identified in our industry.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for enhancing sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using software tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our solution



  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment or retail sales setting.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and direct sales techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with upselling strategies and techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
