We’re seeking a driven Real Estate - Business Development Associate in Madrid to fuel our expansion by strategically growing our apartment portfolio.

If you’re a real estate professional with a passion for innovation and a knack for building strong relationships, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

What you will focus on:

  • Proactively identify and secure high-quality properties through market research and strategic outreach.
  • Cultivate and manage strong B2B relationships with developers, property managers, and institutional landlords.
  • Articulate Blueground’s unique value proposition and negotiate favorable terms with partners.
  • Drive business growth through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging local market expertise.

 

 

What we are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of real estate industry experience.
  • A customer-centric approach and exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and independent working abilities.
