Awardco is looking for a data-informed, strategic Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of new experiences that help individuals feel valued for their contributions at work. In this high-impact role, you’ll take ownership of design efforts from early discovery to launch, focusing on workflows that motivate, recognize, and engage users. You’ll play a key role in exploring how we might bring clarity to progress, encourage meaningful behaviors through gamified interactions, and connect experiences across systems through thoughtful integration. This position sits within a newly formed product trio—working alongside a Product Manager—focused on launching a new standalone experience that elevates how users engage with their goals, growth, and impact. As one of the first designers on this initiative, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the foundation and vision for this new product.

As a UX Designer at Awardco, you will play a critical role in our design process, from initial research and ideation through to prototyping, testing, and final implementation. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating intuitive and impactful designs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences on the Awardco Platform. Your expertise will drive the creation of user-centered solutions, backed by data and best practices, to deliver high-quality, valuable experiences for our clients.

What you will do:

• Lead design from discovery to delivery on high-impact initiatives
• Collaborate in a cross-functional product trio to shape product direction
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile
• Conduct research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions
• Leverage gamification, AI/ML, and data visualization to enhance engagement
• Align UX strategy with business goals, KPIs, and ROI metrics
• Participate in design critiques and foster team-wide design quality
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded culture

What you will bring:

• 5–7+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally in SaaS
• Strong portfolio of responsive web and mobile app designs
• Advanced Figma skills with a focus on systems and prototyping
• Experience designing for gamification, AI/ML, or complex data UIs
• Excellent communicator with strong design rationale and storytelling
• Business-savvy, with an eye on product KPIs and measurable impact
• Team-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally in agile settings
• (Bonus) Front-end knowledge and understanding of technical handoff
