A company is looking for an AVP & Production Leader, Model Development, Long Term Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate quarterly model updates and coordinate modeling work among team members
• Lead projects to enhance model capabilities and supervise a team of actuaries
• Ensure compliance with model governance and support corporate initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable major
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or ASA with relevant experience
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience
• Strong proficiency with actuarial modeling
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team player
