Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Booking Tool Configuration/Automation Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical implementations of third-party tools and their interaction with proprietary products
• Analyze client business needs to ensure alignment with best practices and optimal configuration
• Provide ongoing support for software solutions and maintain detailed documentation of all activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One plus year experience in implementing corporate tools in a travel management company environment
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in MIS or a related field
• Experience in the travel industry with knowledge of GDS systems (SABRE preferred) and online booking tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Aptitude for learning and adapting to new industry products and technology
