Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares damage estimates through discussions, photos, and field inspections
• Researches reasonable amounts and labor rates in the local market
• Documents claim files and provides coverage guidance to lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate level experience in claims adjusting
• Ability to handle moderately complex claims
• Experience with mechanical claims and inspection reports
• Remote work capability, preferably in the EST or CST time zone
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is desired but not required
