Associate User Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate User Researcher who will focus on planning, organizing, and conducting research studies to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day research activities and assist with participant recruitment and session scheduling
• Capture detailed notes and observations during research sessions and help organize raw data for analysis
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of research documentation, journey maps, and persona updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience supporting user research or similar activities
• Understanding of basic UX research processes and tools
• Ability to manage logistics and contribute to the execution of research studies
• Interest in advancing UX maturity through tactical research contributions
