Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Marketing and Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for teleservices programs, focusing on enrollment growth and brand awareness
• Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support organizational goals
• Serve as the primary writer and editorial authority, ensuring clarity and consistency in communications

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in education, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors
• Proven success in leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing communications projects
• Experience in managing and mentoring staff, including performance evaluations
• Advanced writing and editing skills with mastery of the Chicago Manual of Style
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
