• Manage and mentor design and copy team members, providing direction and feedback for creative excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in visual design within an agency or in-house creative team
• Proven leadership and team management experience across design and copy disciplines
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital platforms
• Deep understanding of brand systems and creative execution at scale
• Experience with digital-first design and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
