Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Oversee customer invoicing and implement collection strategies to minimize aged debt
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC standards and prepare audit materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in agency or service industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP, ASC 606, and AP/AR cycles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
