Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve journal entries and vendor bills for accuracy and classification
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency monthly close and consolidation
• Prepare and maintain schedules for audit and tax support

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity consolidations
• Experience with NetSuite required; familiarity with Rippling or other payroll/HRIS tools is a plus
• CPA preferred but not required
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
