We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leaders in a dynamic & fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to think critically, anticipate needs & maintain confidentiality. This highly visible role provides significant opportunity to positively impact the organization, drive efficiencies and process improvements.   

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and work on a wide variety of complex assignments of a critical and/or confidential nature.  
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion  
• Setting objectives, defining priorities & managing time  
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in all aspects of this dynamic role  
• Contribute to the excellent reputation of the company and team through professional, friendly and respectful interactions with all internal and external stakeholders  
• Other duties as assigned  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other relevant field of study preferred  
• 8+ years of experience in the role of Executive Admin, Corporate Admin, Department Admin, or similar position     
• Ability to work on site five days a week    
• Excellent and efficient computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word    
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational prioritization & time management   
• Passion for renewable energy and supporting the energy transition     
• Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize tasks     
• Prior experience managing proposals, contracts, or other complex documents    
• Experience supporting marketing, finance, corporate, or sales functions preferred  

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000                

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
