Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to join our Enterprise focused GenAI Business Development team. As a GTM Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our Generative AI (GenAI) products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive influence: Pitch, present and influence Enterprise C-level executives to accelerate GenAI adoption.
Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the GenAI space. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
Go-To-Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for GenAI products and services, including product launches, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop clear, concise, and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the cross functional teams to develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, demo scripts and customer case studies.
Customer Engagement: Develop and execute customer engagement strategies, including customer success stories, case studies, and reference programs. These deliverables should reflect how our GenAI products and services are leveraged to deploy use cases at scale and deliver business value.
Training Delivery: Provide training and support to ensure Customer and Partner evangelists are equipped to effectively position our GenAI products and services for adoption.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and demand for our GenAI products and services.
Partnerships and Ecosystem Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the GenAI ecosystem, including technology partners, system/solution integrators, and industry associations.
Metrics and Analysis: Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies, including customer adoption, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
Legal: Drive legal requirements completion as part of engaging with Customers and Partners. This includes but not limited NDAs, MoUs, SoWs etc. Comprehend the rapidly evolving GenAI Ethical, Security Policies and Regulatory landscape (Eg: GDPR) as part of building and scaling GenAI Products and services globally.
Product Feedback: Establish and maintain close relationships with key GTM partners (Eg: ISVs, OEMs, SIs), vendors, and Customers globally to understand their evolving needs and expectations. Be the voice of those Customers and Partners by gathering feedback during pilot and at-scale deployments and feeding that back into the Product and Engineering teams.
Culture: Role-model the culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and risk-taking while maintaining focus on delivering measurable results to Customers and Partners.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in go-to-market roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful Software (SaaS) GTM strategies that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including GenAI.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with sales enablement, Customer engagement, Partner management and marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
GenAI knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges.
Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
Pricing expertise, especially SaaS and Enterprise software products
Experience working on Enterprise Appliance products (such as Nvidia DGX Platform, etc)
Experience with OEMs and Distributors
