Who We Want

Arrive is seeking a summer intern to assist in various aspects of Finance and Accounting functions. This is a paid position which will include rotational assignments in Accounting, Treasury, Forecasting, Tax, Payroll, and Financial Analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various critical functions and contribute to our continued success.

• Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations and assist in preparation of monthly financial statements. (7 days in accounting for each of the June - August month-end close process)
• Participate in routine cash flow and liquidity forecasting processes.
• Participate in the monthly P&L re-forecasting process by completing Budget vs Actual analysis for several departments.
• Prepare analysis of a potential impairment of the San Antonio office lease.
• Review GAAP income to Taxable Income reconciliation and allocations to partners.
• Review freight claims reporting worksheets for simplification.
• Participate in processing payroll for two payroll runs.
• Review Mexico and Canada financial statements and currency translation.

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance on a full-time basis. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• A commitment to keep sensitive information private and confidential.
• Basic MS Excel skills required and basic Google Suite skills is a plus.
