Role Summary: 

Arcade seeks a technically accomplished summer AI Product Intern who will work closely with its Co-Founder and CEO, Mariam Naficy, and our Product and AI teams. Together, we will be working to create a category-defining company - the world’s first idea-to-product marketplace.

The AI Product Intern will conduct research to identify AI products and open-source models that can be used to broadly meet the company’s goals, improving everything from the company’s consumer experience to its operational efficiency. 

This individual will be counted on for strategy and product design, and working closely with our AI team to test AI product workflows, pipelines and models that achieve the company’s goals.  In addition, the AI Product Intern will be instrumental in using AI tools to build prototypes for testing before full coding.

This is a fully in-person role that reports directly to the CEO, and is located at Arcade’s office in the Presidio in San Francisco.

• Technical Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related field
• AI/ML Experience: Basic understanding of machine learning models, interest in implementing agentic AI tooling. Knowledgeable about the AI landscape.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business inefficiencies and propose AI-powered solutions.
• Product Mindset: Interest in AI product development
• Strategy Experience: Management consulting or other strategy experience a plus.

• Exceptional analytical skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Outstanding project management and execution skills, with the ability to drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and influence diverse stakeholders
• A curious and fast learner, adaptable to new industries, technologies, and business challenges.
