Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the account resolution process and implement proactive steps to avoid escalations
• Ensure offshore resources follow up on unresolved claims and take appropriate actions for payment resolution
• Monitor reports for trends, escalate issues, and provide guidance and training to offshore resources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Preferred medical billing experience
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Prior computer experience is required
• Ability to summarize important details in account notes
