Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide first-level support for software products and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing support and troubleshoot production issues
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure issues are resolved
• Build and maintain relationships with users and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience supporting business-critical enterprise applications
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and/or administration
• Proficiency in reading/writing queries in MS SQL Server
• Experience leading small projects and familiarity with IT tools like JIRA
• Knowledge of software development using modern tools and technologies
