Sales Executive - New Business Acquisition 

Contract Type: Freelance/Interim – 3 to 6 months (with potential to extend)

Location: Hybrid – Based in Amsterdam with flexibility to work remotely

Role Summary:

As Interim Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales pipeline, driving lead generation, managing opportunities, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective clients, identifying their business challenges, and positioning AND Digital’s services as the solution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies.
  • Create tailored proposals and pitch presentations based on client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (delivery, marketing, and finance) to align sales efforts with business capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in business development and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital services, technology, and consultancy markets.
  • Experienced in managing complex sales cycles and high-value contracts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently to meet targets.
