Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst I to support data analysis and account management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and utilize Tableau or equivalent BI tools for data analysis
• Process application requests, maintain account status, and track customer feedback
• Conduct training and provide support for FLTMPS account holders and assist with documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 6+ years of relevant technical experience
• Experience with Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS) preferred
• Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau
• Secret clearance required
