Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Requirements Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business intelligence and analytics requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate requirements into specifications for BI developers
• Utilize Databricks to analyze data and support the development of dashboards and reports

Required Qualifications

• Active secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data product management
• Strong experience in Databricks and proficient in SQL and data modeling
• Familiarity with BI visualization tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
