Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ambulatory Services Representative for the Advanced Therapeutics Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greets patients and verifies demographic and insurance information
• Schedules appointments and coordinates tests and procedures for patients
• Maintains accurate records and assists with billing discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of related experience, waived with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Ability to use specialized applications software and computer systems
• Professional behavior and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary
• Knowledge of business office procedures and medical terminology preferred
