We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Project Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the sales team by coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC controls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of sales projects, including system installations, upgrades, and service contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs in the HVAC controls industry.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to allocate resources and schedule tasks effectively.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with sales leads, project details, and client information to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute sales performance and project status reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the availability of equipment and adherence to specifications.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth in the HVAC controls space.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency of sales and project coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in the HVAC, building automation, or controls industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC control systems, components, and installation processes.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and plans.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to managing projects.
