Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join their Marketing and Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage buyer messaging across email, push, and in-app to drive engagement and retention
• Oversee A/B testing and quarterly planning to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply lifecycle insights and guide engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of lifecycle/CRM marketing experience, ideally with mobile-first products
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Deep understanding of A/B test design and measurement
• Experience working with customer data for personalized marketing initiatives
