About the team

Amartha is expanding our strategy and growth for the agent network team and is looking for someone to support us as a Growth Specialist in Field Acquisition. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the growth and scalability of Amartha's agent network through strategic field operations. You will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing the performance of our field teams and sales representatives across Indonesia. This role focuses on the traditional yet dynamic channel of field acquisition to expand our Amarthalink agent network, which includes engaging and integrating local Warung/Toko Kelontong and Konter Pulsa into the Amartha ecosystem. You will monitor field operations, analyze performance data, and deliver strategic insights to optimize and scale our field acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:
Field Acquisition Strategy and Management:

  • Develop strategies to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of field teams
    and sales representatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of field personnel in acquiring new agents,
    ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to field teams, ensuring they are well-equipped
    and informed to effectively expand the agent network.

Performance Analysis and Insight Generation:

  • Collect and analyze data related to field acquisition activities, including agent
    recruitment rates, location coverage, and sales team effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, predict future performance, and
    formulate recommendations for optimizing field operations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance
    indicators and operational metrics

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with the HR and training departments to design and implement training programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of field personnel.
  • Regularly update training materials based on the latest trends and data insights to ensure field teams are operating at peak efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to
    ensure a cohesive strategy that integrates field efforts with broader company
    goals.
  • Regularly report to senior management on field acquisition performance,
    challenges, and strategic opportunities.
  • 1-3 years of experience in field management, sales operations, or a related field, preferably within a network-driven business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in creating and managing performance metrics and KPIs for sales or field teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and motivating field personnel.
  • Independent and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in retail, telecommunications, or a related sector with a heavy reliance on field acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software to track field operations.
