The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our payments platform. This role is essential for ensuring we deliver impactful features that meet our customers' needs and exceed expectations. In addition to managing the product lifecycle, the Product Manager will play a hands-on role in testing and validating the features they oversee.
This is a fully remote role available to candidates based in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with company objectives and customer requirements. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
Feature Development & Testing: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and test features, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with the intended user experience.
Customer-Centric Design: Gather customer feedback and analyze usage data to inform product decisions. Partner with design teams to create intuitive and effective user interfaces.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate product requirements, manage timelines, and ensure smooth feature launches.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track product KPIs, using insights to improve features and optimize the platform's overall performance.
What You Will Bring (Requirements):
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS industries.
Experience testing and validating product features, with a focus on quality assurance and usability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions in a remote working environment.
Familiarity with APIs, payment processing systems, or similar technologies.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Nice to Have:
Startup experience.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the payments industry.
Background in UX/UI design or technical writing.
