Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in New Orleans, LA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors while ensuring smooth front-desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist other departments with clerical duties as required.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications
