Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

• Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings

• Handle general inquiries and provide information to clients and staff

• Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized

• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence

• Assist with administrative support to other departments as needed

• Support office events and activities

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative qualifications are a plus
