Reboot Staff is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. This is a full-time, in-office position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for senior staff

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries

  • Draft and proofread emails, letters, and internal documents

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and errands

  • Maintain a high level of communication and coordination between departments

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role (2+ years preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
