Job Description

Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This role combines accurate data entry with front-line customer support, ensuring that client information is handled with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer data into internal systems with high accuracy

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

• Resolve client issues by clarifying concerns, researching answers, and following up

• Maintain and organize digital records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer service

• Verify the accuracy of data before input and make necessary corrections

• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
