Job Description
Every Word Code is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer information accurately while supporting general inquiries and providing administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them as necessary
Maintain records and ensure all customer interactions are logged properly
Collaborate with other departments to support customer satisfaction
Perform routine checks for data accuracy and report inconsistencies
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
Previous experience in data entry and/or customer service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
