Job Description:
Sociaxe is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our Cleveland-based team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Update and maintain accurate customer records in our systems
Collaborate with internal teams to solve client issues efficiently
Monitor and follow up on customer support tickets
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for service processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer support software
