Job Description
Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Kansas City team. This role involves interacting with customers to provide product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issue and determining the best solution
Process orders, forms, and requests accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow communication procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools
