Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will help resolve issues efficiently, always striving to deliver top-notch support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide detailed product or service information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns by offering solutions or escalating issues when necessary
• Process orders, forms, and applications as needed
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure all records are up to date
• Handle customer feedback and make recommendations for improving service
• Work with internal teams to resolve product issues and improve the customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
