Contract: Internship, up to 1 year! 

Are you passionate about innovation and storytelling? As a Guest Experience Content & Innovation Trainee, you will play a key role in creating and shaping engaging content that highlights our guest experience initiatives. You will also support the development of innovative projects, bringing new ideas, services, and processes to life. 

What will you do? 

• Design and develop various content formats (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, videos) to effectively communicate guest experience projects. 

• Coordinate and manage the translation process for ad hoc projects. 

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend studies to identify new opportunities for innovation. 

• Engage with internal teams and external providers to gather insights and refine future projects. 

• Support ongoing innovation initiatives by contributing to reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation. 

Our ideal profile would be: 

• Currently pursuing, or just finished a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 

• Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, and design skills (PowerPoint and other design tools). 

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. 

• Proactive, creative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

• A true team player with a collaborative mindset. 

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
