Job Description

Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email

Qualifications
