Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies, coordinating internal and external messaging, and ensuring consistency across all channels. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, memos, and announcements

• Coordinate messaging with departments to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals

• Assist in the development of communication materials for events, meetings, and presentations

• Monitor and manage company communication calendars

• Provide support in planning and executing public relations campaigns

• Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience with content creation tools and basic graphic design is a plus

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
