We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in the development of client service strategies to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Provide product and service information to clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
