In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and assistance while utilizing our subscription services. Your fluency in Spanish will allow you to build rapport with clients and enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with account management, subscription options, and troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
• Provide clients with insights on optimizing their subscription experience
• Gather customer feedback for improving services and support
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and best practices

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
