We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

  • Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional support

  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure

  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software

  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
