Job Description

Story Lane Box is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions in a courteous, professional manner

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer concerns and offering solutions

• Make outbound follow-up calls as needed

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

• Meet performance metrics and call center standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
