Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive experience for every client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or offer assistance

• Accurately record and update customer information in internal databases

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and offering solutions

• Escalate complex customer concerns to appropriate departments when needed

• Meet individual and team performance goals related to call quality and efficiency

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with call center software
