Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available within our Business Partner Enablement Team (BPET) within the Buying department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.

Our Business Partner Enablement Team play a key role in the monitoring and supporting of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) onboarding, preparation and coordination of business partner communications and business partner compliance.

What does the role look like?  

  • Develop and maintain relevant process documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Action ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Create and maintain datasets to ensure efficient workflow to all ALDI stakeholders
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team and assist with ongoing projects as required

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
  • Previous EDI experience is preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on data quality
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $76,800 - $84,300 including Superannuation.
