Sales Coordinator

This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of the department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and as necessary. This role is hybrid based in Edsion ,NJ.

Essential Functions:  An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. 

  • Manage incoming calls, bid requests and pricing inquiries.  Filter the appropriate member of the sales team.  
  • Qualify projects through plans and specifications, identifying approved bidders, bid timeframes, and overall size and scope of projects.  Communicate with MC/GC to inform bidding/not bidding status. 
  • Updating the Trello bid board with bidders, documents, and updates from the sales team.  Working with the sales team on follow-up. 
  • Leverage lead management tools to search for opportunities for both NY and NE. 
  • Support project close/ turnover process between sales/operations.  Assist with PGF’s and ensuring all signatures are captured. 
  • Assist with monthly opportunity forecasting & reporting through CRM system, assure project accuracy and timeframes. 
  • Create opportunities in CRM, download all pertinent bid docs and manage each Salesperson's All-Bids folders to ensure everything is uniform and clean.   
  • Support sales/estimating leadership prior to and during 1:1 and team meetings.       
  • Help service sales team with service contract renewals.  Checking profitability of contracts against what was sold prior to renewals and sending that information to the sales team.                
  • General administrative and office support for Division staff. 
  • Take over Shining Star Awards
  • Help with event committee planning
  • Help manage contract review/signatures process 
  • Associate’s degree or coursework including Accounting or Business preferred, however, an equivalent combination of education and experience (High School Diploma or GED equivalent a minimum requirement) will also be considered.
  • Intermediate to advance computer literacy including experience with ERP/IT and CRM Systems.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage priorities, and see project through to completion.
  • Proactive self-starterwith a strong sense of initiative, able to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environmentwhile managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX is preferred.

Salary Range: $60k-$90k DOE.
