* We're specifically looking for Technical Project Managers based in the United States who have the ability to work in the U.S. without any type of visa sponsorship.

This individual must also be comfortable working hours that support or overlap with Saudi Arabia and be open to a hybrid working model between the United States and Saudi Arabia. The current role duration could be anywhere between two to three years.*
As an AWS Hybrid Technical Project Manager Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Leading the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technology projects
- Developing detailed project plans, defining milestones, budgets, timelines, and success criteria
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, vendors, and business leaders
- Overseeing integration and deployment of AWS cloud solutions, IoT platforms, AI/ML models, and other enterprise technologies
- Managing risk, resolving blockers, and ensuring timely escalation and issue resolution
- Driving the implementation of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies and promoting delivery best practices
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, project health, resource utilization, and ROI
- Enabling successful collaboration with third-party vendors, robotics firms, and cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Lotus Robotics)
- Supporting technology rollouts, user adoption, and post-implementation reviews
- Ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, security frameworks, and business goals
- Acting as the central point of coordination for technical planning, system architecture reviews, and stakeholder communications
- Optimizing budget, resource allocation, and value delivery across large-scale transformation initiatives

You have:
- 12+ years of experience in technical project management, program delivery, or digital transformation initiatives
- Global project experience with flexibility to support international time zones or distributed teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver large-scale technology projects across complex stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies, with strong hands-on experience in their application
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially AWS, including infrastructure, data, and application services
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end project lifecycles: scoping, planning, execution, risk mitigation, delivery, and post-implementation review
- Strong financial and resource management skills, including project budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, and system integrators to drive aligned project outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive reporting and decision support
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Asana)
You might also have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certifications; AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect certification is a plus
- Experience deploying digital platforms or systems involving IoT, AI/ML, automation, or predictive analytics
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Smart Cities, Mining, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain & Logistics
- Working knowledge of platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Infor, or other ERP/EAM/SCM systems
- Experience with emerging technologies such as Digital Twins, Agentic AI, Edge Computing, or Cloud-Edge integration
- Strong understanding of ISO and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., ISO 55000, ISO 45001, ISO 37122, IEC 62443, ISO 27001)
- Background in managing robotics, AGVs/AMRs, drone logistics, or other E-Mobility solutions
- Prior experience working with or alongside AWS, Lotus Robotics, or similar tech partners

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 150,000 - 190,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
