Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage affiliate channel strategies and publisher development in collaboration with paid, owned, and earned strategies
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate new network opportunities for growth
• Act as the main contact for agency, network, and publisher relationships, while optimizing campaign performance for maximum ROI

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in performance-based affiliate marketing, preferably in the beauty/skincare industry
• Proficiency in affiliate networks such as Rakuten, ShareASale, and Impact
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience with influencer marketing and e-commerce is a plus
